It all started after a tennis match in the summer of 2023 while waiting for teammates to finish. The conversation began of how there are limited options for women to shop for fashionable and well performing gear for tennis, golf, and the rapidly growing sport of pickleball. Talks of opening an elevated pro shop/boutique to offer women playing social sports clothing and accessories they couldn't find elsewhere quickly followed.
A few short weeks later, Baseline Social was born.
Mom to Flynn, Johnny, and Peter, and wife to Mike, Katy is usually, well, shopping. When Katy told her long time college friends she was opening a boutique, their response was "finally"! Inspired by quaint shops she visits when traveling, her background in sales, her love for fashion, and her interest in tennis, Katy frequently gets asked if she'll offer personal shopping services.
Kristyn is an entrepreneur, sports enthusiast, and proud mom and wife who thrives on balancing business and family life. She is also the owner of Oliver's Twist, a creative venture started in 2006 that reflects her passion for stationery design and personal connections. When she's not working, Kristyn loves staying active-whether she's out on the golf course, hitting the tennis courts, or cherring on her two boys from the sidelines. Her days are filled with creativity, competition, and community, and she woudn't have it any other way.
